GizFever.com 30 Day Return Policy
All returns must be mailed within 30 days of order arrival date. Returns received after 30 days of order will not be accepted. Sale or Clearance items are issued an exchange or store credit only. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable in most cases. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability. For multiple item returns totaling $200 or more, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount or a store credit will be issued for the full amount.
GizFever.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use an insured shipping method with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition. If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping.
